The following is a brief summary of the procedures that are to take place on match days. For exact information please consult the League Rule Book which you can download from the 'Useful Documents' section below. It is also available from the Home Page.

1. Request for Pitch inspection to be made to the person on duty before 10a.m on the day of the match. Games involving Arranmore 9a.m.
2. Pitch to be inspected before 11a.m. (Arranmore 9.30a.m.)
3. Travelling Team to be notified before Noon (Arranmore 10.m)
4. Home Club to Return Pitch Inspection Form to League Official on duty before Wednesday of the following week.
5. The onus lies with the Home Club to check the away Teams colours. The Home Team must change when a clash arises.

Saturday League 4-5p.m.
Sunday League 4-5p.m.
League Reports to be submitted to donegaljuniorleague@eircom.net
Saturday League and Sunday League Reports before 6 p.m each Sunday.

Clubs must submit accurate reports to the league for Publishing in the Local Press.
Name each scorer for the home and away team, the time of and how the goal was scored.
Name the best player/s for each team and the name of the match referee.
Try to include as much information as possible.
The responsibility rests with the Club to ensure that all e-mailed match reports intended for publication are authentic and truthful. The Donegal Junior League Ltd will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in any report which may lead to offence and result in a libellous case against the Club/Officials or player/s in a court of Law.
Always check your report before submitting it.
